STEVE HACKNEY (CO-FOUNDER/MARKETING DIRECTOR)
Steve is a former professional rugby player and played for Leicester Tigers, England (England XV, England 7's, England 'A') and the famed Barbarians. His business growth systems and lead generation tactics are founded upon the principles of elite sport and his 20+ years in helping business owners to grow and scale successful organizations.
His driving ambition is to help as many accountants running independent firms to never again worry about where their next good quality business client is coming from, so they can build the firm of their dreams.
In his role with AccountantsGROWTH, Steve is responsible for the group's marketing and overseas the creation, implementation and development of the Accountants Growth MACHINE that we put in place for each firm.
He has authored 4 best-selling books ('How To Quickly Grow Your Accountancy Firm', 'The MACHINE', 'The FORMULA' and 'Business Mentoring Success'). Read more about Steve here.
Steve is married to Helen (his childhood sweetheart) and they have 3 children.
PETER FINLAY (CO-FOUNDER/MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Peter has been business partner to Steve since 2004. Together they've built the UK's largest franchise consultancy, one of the world's largest network of business growth mentors and coaches and now they're building SELL MORE SERVICES to capitalise on everything they're learned and perfected when it comes to building and scaling service-based businesses.
Peter has built a wealth of experience spanning some 40 years of working with business owners. He is one of the world's leading authorities on business strategy and is a franchising and licensing expert.
Other than working on the business, with any spare time, Peter enjoys travelling to watch live sporting events and playing golf with Steve (and beating him!).
